What is the cost of sessions?
Sessions with our Licensed Therapists are $150 per 53-minute session or $195 per 90-minute session. Sessions with our Provisionally Licensed Professional Therapist are $115 per 53-minute session. Sliding scale rates are available on a limited case by case basis.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance, but we can provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company. Additionally, we accept checks, major credit cards, and HSA/FSA.
What is an LPC-Associate?
A licensed professional counselor associate is a provisionally licensed professional counselor who has completed a master’s level counseling program, passed necessary national examinations, and is currently working toward full licensure by completing a designated amount of supervised clinical counseling hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
To ensure the best service for all our clients, we require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This notice period allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
A fee will be applied for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we are committed to working with you in those cases.
How frequently do I need to come?
You’re in control! We suggest starting with weekly sessions to get things rolling, and then you can switch to bi-weekly when you’re feeling more grounded. Monthly check-ins are also welcome!
Do you offer In-Person Sessions?
We’re primarily a virtual practice, making it easy to have sessions from home. We also offer walk and talk therapy for those who prefer an in-person option!
